Japan B.League on Wednesday announced an agreement with Philippines-based Tap Digital Media Ventures (TapDMV) for the exclusive distribution of B.League games over television and digital platforms in the country for the 2021-22 season.
NLEX guard Kiefer Ravena has been given the go-signal to play in the Japanese B.League for one season, PBA confirmed on Saturday in a press conference.
Kiefer Ravena made the start for the NLEX Road Warriors in the team’s PBA 2021 Philippine Cup opener on Friday at the Ynares Sports Arena.

I can only offer my sympathy for budding basketball superstar Kiefer Ravena. I very well understand his desire to embark on a Japanese expedition. His athletic abilities and his proven fighting heart will be a potent mix for the Shiga Lakestars in the Japanese Basketball League.
This comes after a COVID-19 outbreak happened in Qatar, which was set to host a bubble before a last-minute change.
