Kiefer Ravena made the start for the NLEX Road Warriors in the team’s PBA 2021 Philippine Cup opener on Friday at the Ynares Sports Arena.
Months after his reported Japan B.League deal with Shiga Lakestars, Ravena has not yet been released by NLEX nor the PBA.
Ravena joined Kevin Alas, Raul Soyud, JR Quinahan, and Anthony Semerad as the starting unit for Yeng Guiao in the game.
In spite the conflict, Ravena was still placed in the line-up of the Japanese Division 1 club.
