The PBA will soon welcome fans back into its playing venues.

In a news announcement on the league’s official site, the PBA mentioned that the Quezon City LGU has now approved fans for the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.

PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial said the league will accommodate fully-vaccinated fans when it plays at the Big Dome starting on Wednesday, December 15.

The PBA has also been approved to hold games at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, following the approval of the Pasay LGU.

Marcial mentioned fans will need to bring their vaccination cards and a valid government ID to be able to watch. In addition, a two-seats-apart arrangement shall be followed.

It will be the first time for the PBA to allow the public inside venues amidst the on-going pandemic situation after playing back-to-back conferences in a bubble set-up.
