The Chicago Bulls beat the Dallas Mavericks, 117-101 on Sunday, but Dallas star Luka Doncic took a meaningful consolation along the way.
The 21-year-old all-star passed Michael Jordan in the all-time triple-doubles list after finishing with 36 points, 16 rebounds, and 15 assists.

That puts the Slovenian’s career total at 29, eclipsing Jordan’s 28 for 16th place all-time, this time tied with Grant Hill.
He is only a couple of triple-doubles from also passing Ben Simmons, Rajon Rondo, and John Havlicek.
The Mavericks’ franchise player has done a lot of accomplishments since he was drafted 3rd overall in the 2018 NBA Draft.
And he still has an entire career ahead of him to try and achieve greatness.
