The Australian Exum has had a bad luck when it comes to injuries. He suffered an ACL tear in his left knee in 2015, missing the entire season for the Utah Jazz.
He has missed over a hundred games throughout a young career, and has never played the full 82 games since his rookie season.
The 5th overall pick of the 2014 NBA draft averaged 19 minutes off the bench for the Cavaliers, putting up 3.8 PPG and 2.8 RPG.
The Cavaliers are already with Kevin Love, Isaac Okoro, and Kevin Porter Jr. due to various injuries.
In spite of the situation, Cleveland is still 4-3 in the Eastern Conference, looking like a potential playoff team when at full strength.
