NBA: LeBron James has triple-double in Lakers’ New Year’s win over Spurs [WATCH]

LeBron James notched his 1st triple-double of the 2021 season on New Year’s Day as the Los Angeles Lakers topped the San Antonio Spurs, 109-103 Friday.

James finished with 26 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists while Anthony Davis added a game-high 34 points as the Lakers repeated over the Spurs in a span of 3 days.

The performance pushes James’ regular season total to 95, 5th in the all-time rankings.

He is 12 triple-doubles behind Jason Kidd, and 43 behind another Laker great Magic Johnson.
