Memphis Grizzlies young star Ja Morant will be out for about 3 to 5 weeks after a Grade 2 sprain, according to the team.
Morant sustained the injury in his left ankle during their game against the Brooklyn Nets on Monday. He scored only 7 points in 13 minutes in that loss.

The reigning NBA Rookie of the Year showcased an incredible season opener when he scored 44 points against the San Antonio Spurs.
He followed it up with a 28-point performance over the Atlanta Hawks.
Now, the team must find ways to stay competitive while their top star recovers.
Morant has been vocal on social media himself, being optimistic about his treatment and return.
