Harden, acquired from a 4-team megadeal, tallied 32 points, 12 rebounds, and 14 assists to jumpstart his Nets career in style.
The 2018 MVP became the first player to tally a 30-point triple-double for a team debut.
Durant, meanwhile, shot 61.5% from the floor for a team-high 42 points. The Nets improved to 8-6 with the victory.
Nikola Vucevic had 34 points, 10 rebounds, 7 assists, and 5 steals to pace the Magic (6-7). Terrence Ross added 23 points.
Kyrie Irving was still a no-show for the Nets in the win.
