Determined to retain her scholarship and make it to the Philippine Team to help an impoverished family, Jesylmae Licup was crowned as the Reserved Officers Training Corps (ROTC) Games ‘Sprint Queen’ after winning the women’s century dash of the National Finals late Tuesday, October 24, at the Philsports track oval in Pasig City.
