ROTC Games 2023: SCSIT dominates CAPSU in volleyball opener
Cebu’s Salazar Colleges of Science and Institute of Technology started its stint in a dominant fashion as it victor over Capiz State University, 25-9, 25-10, 25-10, in the opening day of the 2023 Reserved Officers’ Training Corp. (ROTC) Games at University of San Agustin gymnasium here in IloIlo City on Monday, Aug. 14.
