The Professional Fighters League has officially released the bracket and matchups for the 2025 PFL World Tournament, with elite fighters from around the globe competing for their shot at the championship. The single-elimination tournament begins April 3 and continues with additional first-round events on April 11, April 18, and May 1, all hosted at Universal Studios Florida.
The tournament will feature top fighters in eight divisions, including heavyweight, light heavyweight, middleweight, welterweight, lightweight, featherweight, bantamweight, and women’s flyweight. Each competitor must win three fights in five months to be crowned a PFL champion.
Tournament format and prize money
The 2025 PFL World Tournament will air live on ESPN platforms in the United States and Canada, while DAZN will broadcast the action across Europe. Globally, the event will be available in 190 countries through 20 media partners.
Each first-round and semifinal bout will consist of three five-minute rounds, while championship fights will be five rounds. This year’s tournament introduces elbows as a permitted strike in all bouts.
The total prize pool exceeds 20 million dollars, with each division champion earning a five hundred thousand dollar bonus.
