Angel Otom breaks ASEAN Para Games record, wins third gold in Thailand
Angel Otom delivered the Philippines’ latest highlight at the 13th ASEAN Para Games after resetting the women’s 100m backstroke S4-S5 mark and capturing her third gold medal in Nakhon Ratchasima.
