Fresh off their dominant Spikers’ Turf Invitational title, the Cignal HD Spikers, led by coach Dexter Clamor, remain hungry for more championships. With a winning culture built on discipline and teamwork, Cignal is already preparing for the next season.
Cignal HD Spikers ended their elimination round with a dominant win over the Navy Sealions. With seven straight victories, they secured the top seed for the semifinals.
The Cignal HD Spikers showcased their veteran prowess, sweeping De La Salle-EcoOil in straight sets, 25-21, 25-12, 25-19, during the Spikers’ Turf Invitational Conference at Ynares Sports Arena. The win secures Cignal’s solo second spot and hands La Salle its first defeat this season.
Cignal clipped Cotabato, 25-17, 25-21, 22-25, 25-23, at the close of the Spikers’ Turf Open Conference semifinals at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum on Monday night (Mar. 27) but the latter still advanced to the championship by nipping Iloilo in the tiebreak for the other finals slot.
