PUMA has unveiled a new teal colorway of the Deviate NITRO™ Elite HYROX, its first racing shoe engineered specifically for HYROX competition and a model already linked to four HYROX world records since its release earlier this year.

The new edition arrives ahead of the 2026 HYROX World Championships and will be available in the Philippines starting July 1, offering athletes and fitness racing enthusiasts an updated design inspired by race-day intensity and performance focus.

The shoe continues PUMA’s push into the fast-growing fitness racing category, where HYROX has become one of the most competitive global endurance formats.

Race-Day Performance Design

Developed in collaboration with elite HYROX athletes, the Deviate NITRO™ Elite HYROX combines NITROFOAM™ ELITE cushioning, a full-length carbon-fibre PWRPLATE, and a specialized PUMAGRIP outsole designed for multi-surface traction.

The system is engineered to deliver maximum energy return and forward propulsion, supporting athletes through the demanding combination of running and functional workout stations that define HYROX events.

PUMA emphasized that the NITROFOAM™ ELITE midsole is built for high-level responsiveness, while the carbon-fibre plate enhances propulsion efficiency across race segments. Together, these elements position the shoe as a performance-driven option for elite and competitive athletes.

HYROX has grown rapidly since its debut in Hamburg in 2017, and PUMA remains its official global footwear and apparel partner, continuously developing gear tailored to the sport’s unique hybrid demands.

Athlete-Driven Innovation

The new colorway launch coincides with anticipation building toward the 2026 HYROX World Championships, the sport’s premier global event. The updated design is intended to reflect the energy, determination, and intensity of competition at the highest level.

She described the Deviate NITRO™ Elite HYROX as a purpose-built model designed specifically for the sport’s unique demands, reinforcing its reputation among top competitors.

The new teal colorway will retail at PHP 14,800 and will be available globally through PUMA.com, PUMA flagship stores, and select retailers, including distribution in the Philippines.

As HYROX continues its rapid global expansion, PUMA’s latest release underscores its strategy of combining advanced footwear technology with athlete-driven design to meet the evolving needs of fitness racing.
