The HSBC SVNS Singapore 2026, also known as the Family SVNS, wrapped up at The Kallang National Stadium in front of over 40,000 spectators. The event delivered thrilling rugby matches, live entertainment, and a festive atmosphere. The Fiji Men’s Team scored all 21 points in the second half to defeat 2024 Olympic Gold Medalists France 21-12.

The New Zealand Women’s Team overpowered Australia 36-7 to claim their championship trophy. Both finals showcased intense competition, teamwork, and strategy, keeping the crowd engaged throughout the matches.

Youth competitions were a major highlight. The Ruck and Rumble tournaments offered young athletes a platform to test their skills in a professional setting. Anglo-Chinese School Independent triumphed over St. Andrews Secondary School in the Schools U14 Sevens to win the trophy.

The National School Games will run Feb. 2, featuring seven matches among thirteen schools vying for top honors. The National League U15s starts Feb. 7 with six matches for junior athletes aged 8 to 11, giving them crucial exposure to high-level competition.

Family SVNS delivers fun for all ages

Family SVNS provided entertainment beyond the pitch, ensuring an inclusive experience for attendees of all ages. Fans enjoyed wheelchair rugby, interactive clinics, and meet-and-greets with Peppa Pig, George, My Little Pony, and Optimus Prime. Children explored console gaming areas while parents relaxed at the Beach Club or sampled offerings from Meatsmith and Burnt Ends Bakery.

The festival atmosphere encouraged engagement and excitement across the stadium. Families participated in multiple activities, creating memorable experiences alongside the intense rugby action. HSBC SVNS Singapore successfully merged world-class competition with family-focused fun.
