Brooke Van Sickle continued to define excellence in the Premier Volleyball League, carrying Petro Gazz to the 2025 Reinforced Conference finals with a blend of consistency, power, and all-around skill.

The 27-year-old outside hitter from Battleground, Washington, not only added her third MVP award to her collection but also earned her second Best Outside Spiker honor, reinforcing her reputation as one of the league’s most complete players. Her performance throughout the conference showcased dominance in scoring, spiking, and defensive reliability.

All-around dominance fuels Petro Gazz

Van Sickle finished second among locals and 10th overall—including reinforcements—with 160 points. She ranked ninth in spiking at a 35.48-percent success rate and eighth in digs at 3.23 per set, underlining her versatility and reliability in both attack and defense.

Her leadership on the court propelled Petro Gazz through the eliminations and into the finals, demonstrating that her impact goes beyond individual accolades and directly contributes to team success.

Legacy and benchmarks

Van Sickle’s three-time MVP status now places her alongside PVL legends Alyssa Valdez and Tots Carlos, highlighting her sustained excellence. Her ability to consistently deliver high-level performances sets benchmarks for future players while solidifying her place in the league’s history.
