The Professional Fighters League (PFL) has confirmed the full fight card for PFL MENA Semifinals: Champions Collide, scheduled for Saturday, September 27, 2025, at The Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The event will showcase elite Bantamweight, Featherweight, Lightweight, and Welterweight semifinal bouts, with fighters aiming to secure their place in the PFL MENA Finals. Fans in the region can stream the action for free on STARZPLAY, while tickets will be available soon on WeBook with an early bird discount.

Alaqraa vs Galal headlines main event

Headlining the card is a Welterweight semifinal showdown between Kuwait’s Mohammad Alaqraa (8-1) and Egypt’s Ayman “The Maestro” Galal (4-1, 2 NC). Alaqraa, a 2024 PFL MENA finalist, earned his spot with a unanimous decision win at PFL MENA 1. Galal enters after his PFL MENA 2 loss was overturned to a no-contest, keeping his semifinal hopes alive.

The Co-Main Event features Lightweight champion Mohsen “The Golden Boy” Mohammadseifi (8-2) of Iran against Iraq’s undefeated Mohammad “Soulkeeper” Fahmi (5-0). Mohammadseifi rides an impressive eight-fight winning streak, while Fahmi made a statement in his PFL debut with a first-round submission win.

Featherweight and Bantamweight contenders clash

Saudi Arabia’s own Malik Basahel (1-0) will look to stay perfect as he meets Egypt’s Ahmed “Ninja” Mostafa (3-1) in a showcase bout. Meanwhile, Egypt’s Islam “The Egyptian Zombie” Reda (13-1) collides with Morocco’s unbeaten Taha “Atlas Lion” Bendaoud (5-0) in a highly anticipated Featherweight semifinal.

Additional matchups include:

  • Lightweight: Salah Eddine Hamli (9-0) vs. Souhil Tairi (8-6-1)

  • Bantamweight: Mokhtar Benkaci (25-9) vs. Nawras Abzakh (13-6)

  • Welterweight: Badreddine Diani (9-3) vs. Amir Fazli (7-3)

  • Featherweight: Yanis Ghemmouri (12-3) vs. Assem Ghanem (7-0)

  • Bantamweight: Xavier Alaoui (16-6) vs. Islam Youssef (6-2)

Showcase bouts include Hussein Salem vs. Izzeddine Al Derbani in Flyweight action, Abdullah Saleem vs. Ahmed El Sisy in Lightweight, and an amateur catchweight clash between Abdulaziz Bin Moammar and Hassan Ahmed Moustafa.

With top-tier talent across divisions, the PFL MENA Semifinals in Riyadh is shaping up to be one of the most thrilling nights of MMA in the region this year.
