Randy Brown, three-time champion and former Chicago Bulls reserve guard, is determined to reconcile Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen’s long-standing Jordan-Pippen feud. The two Hall of Famers, key figures in Chicago’s six championships, remain estranged, with tensions traced back to Michael Jordan’s criticism of Pippen in the “Last Dance” documentary.
Currently serving as a Chicago Bulls ambassador, Brown keeps in close contact with former teammates and the team’s marketing personnel, emphasizing the importance of preserving the Bulls’ legacy.
“I’m on a text chain with all my guys. I’m never going to let it go, because I still work for the Bulls as an ambassador today. So I’m constantly talking to the Bulls’ marketing people about staying engaged with our alumni. We’re not going to let the brand get stale,” Brown said in an interview with Kyle Odegard esportsbets.

Brown undaunted by long-standing feud
Brown acknowledges that ending the Jordan-Pippen feud may be challenging but is committed to trying. He envisions a reunion where the legendary crew can come together at least one more time to celebrate their shared history.
“I’m not going to let it go. I’m hoping it will happen sooner rather than later. Even though everyone’s read in the media about Michael and Scottie’s differences, all that stuff, I hope it can all come to fruition, that we can hug each other one last time. And then from there, we can see where it goes,” he added.
Brown is not alone in calling for peace. Horace Grant, another Bulls alumnus, has also encouraged the two legends to resolve their differences.
The rift originated from Jordan’s criticism of Pippen for delaying offseason ankle surgery before the 1997-98 season, calling the decision selfish. Pippen, in turn, felt undervalued and unfairly treated, leaving their relationship strained even decades later.
Historic Bulls reunion in sight?
Brown’s efforts aim not only to mend a personal rift but also to celebrate and preserve the Bulls’ historic legacy. If successful, a reunion 30 years after their second three-peat would be a historic moment for NBA fans worldwide.
