The Professional Fighters League launches its second PFL MENA season at Onyx Arena in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Top-tier Featherweight and Lightweight athletes from across the Middle East are poised to chase championship glory in this year’s tournament.
Headlining the card is reigning Lightweight Champion Mohsen Mohammadseifi (7-2), who starts his title defense against Egyptian newcomer Ahmed El Sisy (6-1). Mohammadseifi tipped the scales at 156 lbs while El Sisy came in at 154.8 lbs for their main event clash.
The co-main event features a fresh Featherweight rivalry between Jordan’s Izzeddine Al Derbani (15-5) and Algeria’s Yanis Ghemmouri (12-3). Al Derbani and Ghemmouri both hit their marks at 145.7 and 145.6 lbs respectively.

Saudi Arabia’s own Malik Basahel (0-0) is set for his pro debut against Algeria’s Mountasser Boutouta (1-0) in a Showcase Flyweight bout. Basahel weighed in at 125.5 lbs, while Boutouta clocked in just below at 125.4 lbs.
Veteran Ahmed Makki (1-3-1) returns to the cage one final time, facing Egypt’s Hasham Elnamer (3-0) in a Lightweight Showcase. Makki and Elnamer weighed in at 154.3 and 153.6 lbs respectively.
History will also be made as Kuwait’s Eman Almudhaf (4-0) becomes the first female from her nation to fight in the PFL SmartCage, taking on Brazil’s Shamara Braga (5-3). Almudhaf came in at 146 lbs, with Braga weighing slightly lighter at 145.6 lbs.
