Ronald Oranza, Jude Gabriel Francisco and Mary Joyce Monton stamped their class in the criterium races that opened the PhilCycling National Championships for Road 2026 in Tagaytay City.
Cycling veterans Ronald Oranza and Jermyn Prado officially inaugurate the Tagaytay City Velodrome, the country’s first UCI-standard indoor cycling facility, with an opening ceremony led by POC President Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino.
