LA Tenorio has been named the new Head Coach of Gilas Pilipinas Youth, bringing his decades of basketball experience to develop young Filipino talent. With his leadership, the youth team aims to bridge the gap between grassroots and elite-level basketball.

Baby Dalupan tried but failed to reunite with some of his top players, Abet Guidaben and Yoyoy Villamin, from the defunct Crispa Redmanizers when he was calling the shots for Great Taste in 1987.
