University of Iloilo’s (UI) Javen Pareja bested his twin brother Jansen in the men’s kickboxing 57-kilogram finals of the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Games Visayas Leg here at SM Iloilo on Thursday, Aug. 17.
