Muhammad “The Punisher” Mokaev wasted no time celebrating his flyweight victory before setting his sights on a bigger prize.
Fresh from a second-round finish over Gerard “The Animal” Burns at BRAVE CF 100 on November 7, the 25-year-old Dagestani-born Englishman is now targeting the bantamweight division.

Challenge to Borislav Nikolić
Mokaev entered the cage immediately after Borislav Nikolić’s successful bantamweight defense against Hamza Kooheji, issuing a direct challenge to the Serbian champion. The two locked eyes in a tense staredown, signaling a potential blockbuster matchup.
“The bantamweight belt is the next challenge I want to conquer,” Mokaev said. “A fight with Nikolić makes perfect sense, and I’m ready to take it on.”
Nikolić welcomed the challenge but requested the bout be held in Serbia. For Mokaev, that’s simply motivation.
“If Serbia is where he wants it, then that’s where it will happen. I’ll take the belt from him on his home turf,” he added with icy confidence.
Expanding his legacy
Known for his relentless style, Mokaev is determined to dominate multiple divisions. Moving up in weight is not a risk—it’s part of a broader mission to cement his reputation as one of BRAVE CF’s fiercest fighters.
“A true conqueror doesn’t wait for perfect timing or location,” Mokaev said. “A conqueror just conquers.”
