Puma unveils 2026 PFF national team kits in landmark Philippines launch

Puma Philippines marked a milestone moment in the country’s football landscape as it launched the 2026 PFF national team kits in Bridgetowne, Pasig City in mid-November. The event placed the spotlight on the Philippine Women’s Futsal Team as it gears up for its home debut at the 2025 FIFA Futsal Women’s World Cup, while also unveiling the new looks for the men’s football team and U23 squad ahead of the SEA Games in Thailand this December.

The unveiling showcased a fresh direction for the national program, reflecting sharper visibility and cultural pride through design. Puma drew from the woven patterns, textiles, and colors tied to Filipino heritage, evolving past themes such as sunlit horizons and Amihan-inspired motifs used in earlier uniforms.

National team players, federation leaders, Puma executives, RLC representatives, partners, and supporters attended the launch, turning the event into a celebration of progress for both football and futsal in the country.

Designs blend heritage with performance

The 2026 kits continue Puma’s commitment to pairing cultural identity with modern engineering. Each jersey was crafted with sweat-managing materials, targeted ventilation, and athletic cuts suited for both indoor futsal play and outdoor international football.

The men’s national team and U23 away kits feature a clean white base accented by Filipino-inspired linework meant to convey the sport’s forward momentum. Designed for humid match conditions, the uniforms aim to support mobility and endurance as both squads prepare for regional competition.

The women’s futsal away kit debuts a vibrant pink tone made for the nation’s World Cup hosting next year, standing in contrast to the deep national blue of the home kits. Both the men’s and women’s home uniforms incorporate fine patterns that echo the textures of traditional weaving, symbolizing unity and resilience across teams.

Bridgetowne’s Victor lit in national colors

One of the event’s defining visuals came from the towering Victor statue, which was illuminated in the kits’ blue, pink, and white palette. The installation transformed Bridgetowne into a canvas of national pride and underscored the collaboration among Puma, the PFF, and Robinsons Land Corporation.

Fans were also able to purchase the new kits ahead of their public release through an on-site Puma Bootcamp store, which offered exclusive merchandise for supporters looking to wear national colors before the season’s major tournaments.
