
SPOTV has secured broadcast rights to two major sporting events, adding the 2025 Ryder Cup and the Mahindra Volleyball Super League to its lineup this year.
The Ryder Cup will air live from Sept. 26 to 28 at Bethpage Black in New York. Coverage will be available in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Cambodia, Macau, Laos, Myanmar and Mongolia. The event features Europe and the United States in golf’s best-known team match play tournament.
Ryder Cup coverage
Rory McIlroy and Rob MacIntyre are among the names representing Team Europe. Keegan Bradley and Scottie Scheffler headline the U.S. squad. The biennial contest, one of the sport’s most watched events, is expected to draw a global audience.
The 2025 edition continues a tradition dating back to 1927. The match has been known for its rivalry and intensity, often producing decisive putts and dramatic finishes that shape the sport’s history.
Volleyball league added
The Mahindra Volleyball Super League will run from Sept. 20 to Nov. 2. SPOTV NOW will stream matches in Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Cambodia, Laos, Macau, Myanmar, Brunei and Mongolia.
The competition showcases Australian and international players. Among those highlighted this year is Adjani Zahra, an emerging Indonesian player, who will suit up for NSW Phoenix.
SPOTV said both the Ryder Cup and the volleyball league will be available on its television platform and via streaming on SPOTV NOW.
