Stoppage-Time Heroics Deliver the Crown
But Lyca Cuenco’s heroics in the 90+2 minute crushed Stallion’s hopes and handed Kaya the championship on superior goal difference. The win brought Kaya FC level on points with Stallion Laguna FC at 23 but pushed them over the top due to their dominant scoring differential.
Makati FC wrapped up its campaign in fourth place with 16 points, just behind debutants Capital1 who placed third with 19 points and emerged as one of the league’s surprise contenders.
