Vermosa Green Run 2025 is set to hit the roads of Imus, Cavite once again on June 29 with its signature blend of health, sustainability, and social purpose. Organized by Ayala Land, the fourth edition of this advocacy-powered run invites participants to join races ranging from 3K to 21K while promoting key causes in the community.

Titled A Force of Four in Year 4, the 2025 edition launches a Plastic Donation and Collection Drive to encourage runners to bring used plastics, which will be transformed into sustainable construction materials. Donors receive discounted registration, tying personal wellness to environmental responsibility.

Dog run and youth athletics take spotlight again

Back by popular demand is the 1K Dog Run, a lighthearted but purposeful event that supports Ayala Land’s continued efforts in promoting animal welfare. First introduced in 2023, it offers runners a unique opportunity to bond with pets while raising awareness.

The run also highlights Takbo Kabitenyo, a local youth group whose members receive training and mentorship through access to Vermosa’s sports facilities. These promising athletes, over 200 strong, are empowered to chase their goals through discipline and dedication.

Proceeds benefit environmental and social groups

Event proceeds will go to three major advocacy partners: Pawssion Project for animal rescue and shelter, Haribon Foundation for reforestation and biodiversity, and Takbo Kabitenyo for youth development through sports.

Chrissy Roa of Ayala Land Estates emphasized the importance of the event, saying, “This is not just a race—it’s a platform for real impact, where participants contribute to a better future for animals, children, and the planet.”

Now firmly established as a major event in the country’s fitness calendar, the Vermosa Green Run continues to turn personal goals into shared victories for society. For full details and registration, visit ayalaland.myruntime.com.
