Bitget, a global cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 leader, partnered with Founders Running Club to launch one of the most unconventional crypto gatherings of 2025: a 6AM Bull Run through Metro Manila. On April 26, more than 100 crypto and Web3 professionals gathered at dawn to break a sweat—and the stereotype that blockchain builders never leave their screens.
Held at the Bridgetowne landmark, the event turned an early morning jog into a powerful networking moment for the Web3 scene in the Philippines. Participants showed up not just to run, but to connect, build community, and put a real face to usernames and wallet addresses.
From Online-Only to Sweat and Social
Bitget COO Vugar Usi Zade said this sunrise sprint symbolizes what the company values in real-world crypto engagement. “Crypto adoption should happen where people already are,” he said, adding with a laugh, “I was shocked crypto traders actually got out of bed for a 6AM run—that might be the most bullish signal yet.”
After the run, participants headed to Single Origin at Opus Mall, where coffee replaced Gatorade and decentralized tech talk took over breakfast chatter. Founders Running Club, known for blending physical wellness with professional connections, delivered yet another event that felt more like a retreat than a typical meetup.
Bitget Builds Web3 Bridges, One Sport at a Time
This sunrise Bull Run joins Bitget’s growing list of Web3 activations through sport, from global football partnerships to fight sports and now fitness. The strategy is clear: take crypto offline and into everyday passions where communities already thrive.
