Ng secured 12.8 total points—9.6 from media and 3.2 from head coaches and team captains—beating out Petro Gazz’s Ricky Villavicencio and Akari’s Christopher Tiu. His deep involvement and strategic direction have made the Rebisco brand synonymous with volleyball success in the country.

Since establishing its first club in 2017, Rebisco has risen to dominance with Creamline securing 10 PVL titles, including a sweep of all three conferences in 2024. Under Ng’s leadership, Choco Mucho also achieved back-to-back silver medals in 2023 and 2024, while both squads drew a record-breaking 24,459 fans in a single PVL Finals game.

Ng has proven adept at cultivating a winning culture not just on the court but across the Rebisco sports ecosystem. His inclusive leadership model helped unify Creamline, Choco Mucho, and the men’s team Criss Cross into a cohesive powerhouse.

Beyond women’s volleyball, Ng expanded Rebisco’s footprint by backing Criss Cross, which has reached three straight Spikers’ Turf finals since its debut and earned silver in each outing. Rebisco has also long supported the national volleyball teams and Ateneo’s UAAP squads, further showing its long-term commitment to the sport.

In 2024, Ng brought in American wing spiker Erica Staunton alongside Anastasya Kudryashova and Anastassiya Kolomoyets to reinforce Creamline’s grand slam campaign and AVC Champions League stint. These calculated moves under Ng’s watch kept Creamline competitive even amidst injuries.
