The PVL All-Star coaches for the 2026 Volleyball All-Star Showcase have been officially announced, setting the stage for a highly anticipated event on May 1 in Candon City. The selection highlights top-performing mentors from both the Premier Volleyball League and Spikers’ Turf.

The All-Star showcase will feature elite talent guided by coaches who led their respective teams to strong finishes in the latest conferences. Their appointments reflect consistent performance and leadership throughout the season.

In the PVL All-Star Game, Team Heart will be handled by Rald Ricafort, while Team Hustle will be led by Shaq delos Santos. Both coaches earned their spots after steering their squads to the top of the standings.

PVL All-Star coaches reflect top conference finishers

Ricafort guided his team to a league-best 7-2 record in the preliminary round of the 2026 PVL All-Filipino Conference. His strong campaign secured the top seed and earned him the opportunity to lead one of the All-Star squads.

Delos Santos followed closely behind with a 6-3 record, placing second in the standings and completing the coaching lineup for the PVL showcase. The pairing sets up a competitive clash between two of the league’s top tacticians.

Their selection underscores the importance of consistency and results, as both coaches demonstrated the ability to maximize their rosters throughout the conference.

Spikers’ Turf All-Star coaches complete lineup

In the Spikers’ Turf division, Tai Bundit will take charge of Team Passion after leading his squad to a perfect 10-0 record. His dominant run secured the top spot and solidified his role as an All-Star coach.

Sydney Calderon will coach Team Power after guiding his team to an 8-2 finish, earning the second seed. Together, they complete the coaching roster for the men’s showcase.

Fan participation remains a key element of the event, with voting for All-Star starters open until April 11. The final selections will be revealed in stages, with starters announced first, followed by reserve players later in the month.

With the PVL All-Star coaches now confirmed, attention turns to the final roster selections and the upcoming showcase, where the league’s top talents will take center stage in one of the season’s marquee events.
