The PVL All-Star voting 2025 race continues to shift dramatically as familiar names surged back into contention in the third returns, setting up a tight battle for starting spots ahead of the final week of fan voting.
Several players who slipped in the second returns made strong recoveries, reshaping the leaderboard across multiple positions. With the Volleyball All-Star Showcase set for May 1 in Candon, every vote now carries added weight.
Alyssa Valdez and Majoy Baron headline the latest movement for Team Heart, both climbing to second place in their respective categories. Their resurgence signals a late push as the race for starting roles intensifies.
Meanwhile, Kath Arado reclaimed the top spot in the libero rankings for Team Hustle, highlighting the fluid nature of this year’s All-Star selection process.
Valdez, Baron lead major shake-up in Team Heart
Valdez surged to second in the outside hitter race for Team Heart with 14.60 percent, overtaking rookie standout Bella Belen. Despite the climb, she still trails teammate Jema Galanza, who maintains a commanding lead at 30.08 percent.
Baron also made a significant move in the middle blocker category, rising to second place with 18.84 percent. Her jump pushed MJ Phillips down to third, while Jeanette Panaga continues to dominate the position with a strong 36.91 percent.
Other positions for Team Heart remain steady, with Jia De Guzman firmly in control of the setter race at 72.05 percent. Erika Santos leads the opposite spiker category, while Justine Jazareno continues to hold the top libero spot.
Tight races continue across Team Hustle and Spikers’ Turf
Over in Team Hustle, Kath Arado reclaimed the No. 1 libero position with 35.85 percent, overtaking Alyssa Eroa in a closely watched battle. The shift adds another layer of intrigue as voting enters its final stretch.
Kim Fajardo remains the clear leader among setters, while Bernadeth Pons and Eya Laure continue to pace the outside hitter race. Tots Carlos holds the top spot at opposite spiker, with Mika Reyes and Fifi Sharma leading the middle blocker race.
On the Spikers’ Turf side, Criss Cross players continue to dominate Team Power voting. Adrian Villados, Jude Garcia and Menard Guerrero all hold commanding leads in their respective categories.
However, the outside hitter race tightened significantly as Louie Ramirez and Jaron Requinton overtook Noel Kampton in a closely contested battle. Meanwhile, JP Bugaoan maintains control of the middle blocker rankings despite a strong push from Billie Anima.
For Team Passion, Savouge players continue to make their presence felt, with Mark Calado, Vince Imperial and Rikko Marmeto leading their respective categories. Marmeto’s surge to the top of the libero race marked one of the biggest shifts in the latest returns.
With voting open until April 11, fans still have time to influence the final lineups. As the PVL All-Star voting 2025 enters its final stretch, the race for starting spots remains wide open.
