PFL Africa Finals set for Saturday with four championship bouts

The 2025 PFL Africa Finals will conclude tomorrow at the Sofitel Dome, with four divisions set to crown champions in front of MMA fans from Benin and around the world. The Heavyweight, Welterweight, Featherweight, and Bantamweight finals promise high-stakes action and world-class competition.

Bantamweights headline the card as South Africa’s Nkosi Ndebele (10-3) faces Angola’s Boule Godogo (4-1). In the co-main event, Angola’s Shido Boris Esperança (11-1) meets Guinea-Bissau’s Yabna N’Tchala (13-2-1) in the Welterweight finals.

Finals and showcase bouts highlight the card

Heavyweight fans will see Justin Clarke (4-0) take on 2023 PFL Heavyweight Challenger Series winner Abraham Bably (7-2), while Featherweight finalists Alain Majorique (6-0) of Cameroon and Nigeria’s Wasi Adeshina (9-3) battle for gold. All championship bouts are scheduled for five five-minute rounds, with winners taking home 100,000 USD each.

The card also includes seven showcase bouts across multiple weight classes, including Light Heavyweight, Welterweight, Lightweight, and Women’s Strawweight divisions. These preliminary matches will feature rising prospects aiming to make a name on the continental stage.

Event timing and broadcast details

The finals will air live in the U.S. on VICE TV and the PFL App at 11:00 a.m. EST / 8:00 a.m. PT. French-speaking Africa can follow on Canal+, while SuperSport covers English-speaking African regions. Local timing is 5:00 p.m. WAT / 4:00 p.m. GMT on Saturday, December 20.

The weigh-ins are complete, and all fighters are officially cleared to compete. Fans can expect intense matchups as champions are crowned and new stars emerge in Africa’s premier MMA league.
