DENVER — The Denver Nuggets continued their flawless run at home Friday, November 8, outclassing the Golden State Warriors 129‑104 behind strong outings from Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray.
Jokic delivered 26 points in just three quarters of play, coming within one rebound and one assist of another triple‑double before sitting the entire fourth. Murray added 23 as Denver improved to 5‑0 at home and collected its sixth win in seven games since opening night.
Stephen Curry missed his second straight game due to illness. Warriors coach Steve Kerr said before tipoff that Curry felt better and could return Sunday against Indiana.

Warriors struggle despite returns
Despite getting Draymond Green (ribs) and Jimmy Butler (back) back in the lineup, Golden State dropped its fifth consecutive road game.
Green scored 17 points and Butler added 16, but Denver’s depth and pace proved overwhelming. The Warriors briefly surged in the second quarter, cutting the deficit to 32‑31 with an 11‑0 run when Jokic hit the bench.
Murray quickly halted the rally with back‑to‑back threes, and Jonas Valanciunas followed with another to ignite a 34‑18 counterpunch that sent Denver into halftime leading 66‑49.
Denver keeps rolling at home
The Nuggets stretched the lead to 99‑77 entering the fourth, giving Jokic the rest of the night off as the bench finished the job.
Denver has excelled in stretches without Jokic this season — a notable improvement from years past — and stayed perfect at home heading into Saturday’s matchup against Indiana.
The Warriors, meanwhile, continue to search for answers on the road, falling to 0‑5 away from Chase Center as they look ahead to Sunday.
