On the eve of his historic induction into the inaugural BRAVE CF Hall of Fame, legendary announcer Carlos Kremer paid tribute to Bahrain for building one of the world’s fastest-rising mixed martial arts landscapes.

A global fixture in combat sports, Kremer has traveled to 38 nations under the BRAVE Combat Federation banner, earning distinction as the most traveled cage announcer in MMA history. He has also held FightBook MMA’s No. 1 Cage Announcer title from 2017 to 2024, a testament to his enduring impact on the sport.

Kremer credited Bahrain’s leadership for propelling MMA to new heights, praising the vision of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa and the mission behind BRAVE CF and KHK MMA.

“Bahrain is not just hosting MMA; it’s redefining it,” Kremer said. “This nation has created a movement that empowers fighters from every corner of the world.”

Bahrain’s role in MMA growth

A U.S. Marine veteran and two-time Navy Achievement Medal awardee, Kremer connected Bahrain’s approach to martial arts with values ingrained during military service — discipline, respect and unity. He emphasized that Bahrain’s investment in athletes reflects more than event staging; it represents cultural and competitive transformation.

In 2023, Kremer entered the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame. His place in BRAVE CF history becomes official today, strengthening a career built on elevating fighters and celebrating global talent.

“What Bahrain has accomplished with BRAVE CF and KHK MMA is extraordinary,” he said. “They have given fighters from developing regions a global platform while preserving honor and sportsmanship.”

From its inception, BRAVE CF aimed to unify emerging and established MMA cultures. It has since grown into a worldwide force, opening pathways for athletes who once struggled for exposure.

“The growth here isn’t just organizational, it’s cultural,” Kremer noted. “It inspires the next generation to believe they belong on the world stage.”

Spotlight turns to BRAVE 100

The tribute comes as BRAVE CF approaches a milestone. BRAVE 100 takes place Friday, November 7, at Khalifa Sports City in Isa Town, marking a pivotal moment for the promotion and the host nation.

For Kremer, whose voice has echoed through major arenas across continents, Bahrain’s story reflects transformation driven by will, leadership and belief.

“Bahrain’s impact extends far beyond the cage,” he said. “It’s shaping a worldwide community based on opportunity and honor.”
