Farm Fresh’s rise continues as Foxies clinch third straight win in PVL Reinforced Conference

Farm Fresh is no longer the team opponents expect to beat. The Foxies have become one of the biggest stories in the 2025 PVL Reinforced Conference after earning their third consecutive victory, a 25-22, 22-25, 25-21, 25-22 win over the Capital1 Solar Spikers at the Araneta Coliseum. The result placed them in the Top 3 of Pool A and booked their spot in the next round.

Head coach Alessandro Lodi has transformed the squad from a work-in-progress into a cohesive, confident unit. “We are a team that fights. We are a team that never gives up,” Lodi said. “We knew it would be a tough game, and we were absolutely prepared for it.”

Chemistry and consistency powering the rise

Belgian import Eli Rousseaux once again led the charge, firing 36 points while adding six excellent digs. Her steady production has given Farm Fresh a reliable scoring anchor in crucial moments. Local standouts Trisha Tubu and Ces Molina backed her up with 13 points apiece, while setter Alohi Robins-Hardy orchestrated the offense with precision and composure, tallying 21 excellent sets and nine points of her own.

The Foxies also showed poise in the clutch. After the teams split the first two sets, Farm Fresh tightened its floor defense and executed with calm efficiency. In the final frame, with the game tied at 21, Rizza Cruz’s block and a three-point burst from Tubu and Molina sealed the win.

A team built for the long run

Molina contributed on both ends, recording 15 excellent receptions that highlighted her all-around play. With improved depth and confidence, Farm Fresh now looks every bit like a serious contender. The blend of international talent and homegrown grit has created a balance that was missing in previous campaigns.

Still, the Foxies remain grounded. Their next test comes against the unbeaten PLDT High Speed Hitters at the Ynares Center in Montalban, Rizal. But with their chemistry clicking and morale at its peak, Farm Fresh has shown it can compete with anyone in the league.

Setter Alohi Robins-Hardy summed up their progress best: “I’m proud of the team and the growth we’ve shown. Every match, we’re fighting, learning, and getting stronger.”
