BRAVE Combat Federation (BRAVE CF), the world’s fastest-growing mixed martial arts organization, continues its international expansion with BRAVE CF: Georgia vs. the World. The event, produced in partnership with Georgian Fighting Championship (GFC), takes place Friday, Oct. 3, at the Tbilisi New Sports Palace and will headline BRAVE International Combat Week.
Georgia takes center stage in MMA growth
Mohammed Shahid, president of BRAVE Combat Federation, said Georgia’s combat sports tradition makes Tbilisi a natural fit for BRAVE CF’s European push. The promotion noted that Georgia is now the 37th country to host a BRAVE CF premium live event, an achievement the organization says accelerates opportunities for local fighters and connects regional markets to the sport’s global ecosystem. Giorgi Kabulashvili, president of GFC, said the partnership highlights Georgian athletes and strengthens the country’s place in international MMA.
Fighters and future milestones
Georgia has already produced notable BRAVE CF names and global stars, from Ilia “El Matador” Topuria to Guram “Georgian Viking” Kutateladze, and currently fields standouts such as Rauli Tutarauli, Lasha Abramishvili, and Bidzina Gavashelishvili. BRAVE CF: Georgia vs. the World will give homegrown talent a major platform as the promotion builds momentum toward its milestone BRAVE CF 100 event on Nov. 7, furthering its mission to unite athletes and fans across continents.
BRAVE CF: Georgia vs. the World promises high-level competition, national pride and global rivalries as Tbilisi hosts a night of elite MMA action. Stay tuned for official fight announcements and card updates in the weeks ahead.
