The Professional Fighters League (PFL) has officially finalized the main card for PFL Champions Series: Road to Dubai – The Rematch, set for Friday, October 3, live at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.
Joining the already blockbuster double-header are three high-stakes bouts: undefeated Archie Colgan vs Jay-Jay Wilson in the lightweight division, Lewis McGrillen vs Caolan Loughran in bantamweight action, and a bantamweight showdown between Magomed Magomedov and Sergio Pettis.

Lightweight contenders Colgan and Wilson clash
Archie “King” Colgan (12-0), an undefeated Division I wrestling standout with victories over Mansour Barnaoui and Emmanuel Sanchez, will face New Zealand’s Jay-Jay “The Maori Kid” Wilson (11-1), a BJJ black belt and Bellator veteran fresh off a finish of Mads Burnell. With both men eyeing lightweight gold, this fight carries major title implications.
Bantamweight battles highlight European and world talent
Lewis “The McGrizzla” McGrillen (12-1), the reigning 2024 PFL Europe Bantamweight Champion, brings knockout power and highlight finishes into his clash with Irishman Caolan “The Don” Loughran (10-2), who makes his PFL debut following a UFC stint and a Cage Warriors title reign.
Meanwhile, Magomed Magomedov (21-4), the first man to defeat former UFC champion Petr Yan, takes on former Bellator Bantamweight World Champion Sergio Pettis (24-7). Magomedov enters with a reputation for elite grappling, while Pettis brings striking precision and memorable victories, including a spinning-backfist knockout of Kyoji Horiguchi. This matchup could shape the future of the bantamweight division.
Headlining the card, undefeated lightweight king Usman Nurmagomedov (19-0, 1 NC) meets Ireland’s Paul Hughes (14-2) in a long-awaited rematch for the PFL Lightweight World Title. The co-main event features former Bellator Light Heavyweight Champion Corey Anderson (19-6) against reigning PFL Light Heavyweight World Champion Dovlet Yagshimuradov (25-7-1).
The event continues PFL’s partnership with the Dubai Sports Council and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, cementing Dubai as a growing global hub for MMA. Tickets are available now via official outlets.
