Get your squads ready—Red Bull Half Court Philippines is back and bolder than ever for 2025, bringing high-octane streetball energy, intense competition, and a shot at global glory. The premier 3-on-3 basketball tournament challenges top local ballers to prove they’ve got what it takes to dominate the half court—and earn the chance to represent the Philippines in the Red Bull Half Court World Final this November in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

In partnership with FILA, Spalding, and 7-Eleven, this year’s tournament features a revamped two-day qualifier structure designed to push players to their limits. Regional qualifiers will take place in Davao (August 30–31), Cebu (September 13–14), and Manila (September 27–28). Each region will host elimination rounds on Day 1 and qualifier showdowns on Day 2, with winning teams advancing to the Red Bull Half Court National Final in Manila on October 18.

New twists, raw intensity, and a global spotlight

Unlike traditional full-court basketball, Red Bull Half Court follows FIBA rules but ups the tempo. Games are played on half courts with three players per side, running for 10 minutes or up to 21 points—whichever comes first. In a unique twist, teams who score the most points across all games receive an “Own the Court” bonus, helping them advance to the next round.

Special 3-point zones behind the arc add more strategy and intensity, keeping both players and fans on edge. According to legendary NBA shooting coach Chris ‘Lethal Shooter’ Matthews, “Year after year, Red Bull Half Court continues to push the game forward. Seeing the sport grow in new countries and watching these athletes bring their best is truly special.”

Countries like South Africa, Norway, and Kosovo are joining for the first time, proving the global scale of the event. But for Filipino players, the road starts now.

How to join Red Bull Half Court Philippines
