
Following the official weigh-ins, the 2025 PFL World Tournament kicks off tomorrow, June 12, at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium with semifinal bouts in the Welterweight and Featherweight divisions.
Topping the main card is a clash between former Bellator World Champion Jason Jackson (19-5) and undefeated up-and-comer Thad Jean (9-0). The winner will earn a spot in the Welterweight Finals of the 2025 PFL World Tournament. Jean enters the bout with momentum and a perfect record, while Jackson brings veteran experience and championship pedigree.
Pinedo, Braga meet in pivotal trilogy bout
In the co-main event, reigning 2023 PFL Featherweight World Champion Jesus Pinedo (24-6-1) takes on Gabriel Braga (16-2) in a high-stakes rubber match. Both fighters have one win over the other, making this their definitive third encounter with a finals slot on the line.
The other side of the Welterweight bracket features Logan Storley (17-3) against Japanese contender Masayuki Kikuiri (11-2-1). Kicking off the main card will be 2021 PFL Featherweight World Champion Movlid Khaybulaev (22-0-1), who faces South Korea’s Taekyun Kim (11-1).
Early card features top alternates and rising talent
The early card will feature Featherweight alternate Jeremy Kennedy (146 lbs) versus Adam Borics (145.8 lbs), as well as a Catchweight alternate bout between Magomed Umalatov (170.4 lbs) and Anthony Ivy (175.4 lbs), who missed weight. Other showcase matchups include Joseph Luciano vs Sarek Shields, Mukhamed Berkhamov vs Kendly St. Louis, Alexei Pergande vs Mike Bardsley, and a Bantamweight tilt between Jason Danner and Nathan Gilmore.
Fans in the U.S. can catch the main card live on ESPN and ESPN+ at 11:00 pm ET, while European and Canadian viewers can tune in via DAZN. The early card begins at 8:30 pm ET on ESPN+ and DAZN.
