BRAVE Combat Federation has officially revealed its Flyweight rankings, with undefeated sensation Muhammad Mokaev claiming the top spot. After making his return to BRAVE CF in 2024 and securing a dominant submission victory at BRAVE CF 91 in Bahrain, Mokaev remains the most feared contender in the division.
Behind him is former Bantamweight champion Jose “Shorty” Torres, who recently announced his return to Flyweight. Torres, who picked up a major victory outside BRAVE CF, is expected to be a key player in the division’s title race as the organization moves closer to crowning its first Flyweight champion.

Rising Georgian star Bidzina Gavashelishvili holds the third position, boasting an undefeated record in BRAVE CF with two impressive wins. Kazakh MMA standout Dias Yerengaipov sits in fourth place, having made a strong promotional debut at BRAVE CF 91, where he dominated Brazil’s Marciano Ferreira. Ferreira, despite the setback, remains in the rankings at the fifth spot.
With the title still vacant, the Flyweight division is more competitive than ever. Alongside the top five contenders, elite fighters such as Luthando Biko, Gerard Burns, and Combat Sambo World Champion Velimurad Alkhasov are eager to climb the rankings and enter the championship picture. Abdulla Al Yaqoob and Nikolay Atanasov, ranked ninth and tenth respectively, are also in the hunt for a breakout year in 2025.
