Face-off moment: Jun and Fakhreddine ready for war in Slovenia.

BRAVE Combat Federation ignites Slovenia once again with BRAVE CF 96, set to take over the iconic Hala Tivoli in Ljubljana on Saturday, June 7, 2025. Co-hosted with local partner WFC, this marks BRAVE CF’s fifth event in Slovenia, following two sellouts in 2024 that helped catapult MMA into the national sports spotlight.

The main event features a monumental Middleweight World Championship fight between reigning Light Heavyweight king Erko Jun and former two-division titleholder Mohammad Fakhreddine. Jun, undefeated under the BRAVE CF banner, returns to the arena where he claimed gold last year, now seeking to become just the second simultaneous double champion in the promotion’s history.

A Champion’s Legacy on the Line
Erko Jun’s rise from promising newcomer to BRAVE CF star has been nothing short of meteoric. Boasting a 9-2 record with three explosive stoppages in BRAVE CF alone, Jun cemented his dominance with a fourth-round TKO over Alexander Wesner at BRAVE CF 88 to capture the Light Heavyweight belt. Now, the Bosnian powerhouse steps down a division aiming for double gold on Slovenian soil.

Standing in his way is Lebanese legend Mohammad Fakhreddine, the only fighter to ever hold two BRAVE CF titles simultaneously. With a 17-5 record and a recent emphatic TKO win at BRAVE CF 92, Fakhreddine is determined to reclaim the Middleweight crown he never lost in combat and become a three-time world champion. The rivalry was sparked after Fakhreddine’s bold callout following his last fight, to which Jun quickly responded, setting the stage for a legacy-defining battle.

BRAVE CF 96 will feature athletes from 11 countries, further showcasing the federation’s global reach and its “Year of the BRAVE” campaign. With the Middleweight title, history, and legacy on the line, Jun vs. Fakhreddine promises to deliver one of 2025’s most compelling MMA main events.
