BRAVE Combat Federation made a triumphant return to Bulgaria on Saturday, August 1, and Burgas Arena responded with a night nobody in attendance will forget.

BRAVE CF 107 delivered finish after finish, headlined by a stunning come-from-behind stoppage from France’s Salim “Bizon” El Ouassaidi. He silenced the partisan crowd by rallying to defeat hometown hero Kaloyan Kolev in their 97.2-kilogram catchweight main event.

Presented in partnership with the Bulgarian Fight Agency, the card lived up to its billing from the opening bell to the final horn. Eight of the night’s biggest names combined for a string of knockouts, TKOs and hard-fought decisions that kept the home fans on their feet.

El Ouassaidi survives early storm to steal the show

Kolev came out firing in the main event, landing hard boxing combinations and mixing in powerful takedowns to control the opening round in front of his own fans.

But the tide turned in the second as El Ouassaidi settled into a rhythm in close-range exchanges, connecting with the cleaner shots. He carried that momentum into the third, dragging Kolev back to the canvas before unloading a barrage of ground strikes.

The referee had no choice but to step in — a remarkable turnaround that quieted the arena.

In the co-main event, Georgian sensation Bidzina Gavashelishvili strengthened his case for a shot at the BRAVE CF Flyweight World Championship, grinding out a unanimous decision over South Africa’s Luthando “Shorty” Biko.

Both men traded clean strikes and matched each other in the wrestling department through the first two rounds. Gavashelishvili pulled away in the third, dictating the pace from center cage and repeatedly putting Biko on the canvas.

Bulgarian fighters light up the undercard with brutal finishes

The hosts made sure the home crowd had plenty to cheer even without a main-event win.

Pavel “The Werewolf” Vladev needed less than a minute to blast out Greece’s Muhammed “The Thracian Gladiator” Kir Ahmet, dropping him with a clean right straight before finishing with a flurry of follow-up strikes.

Former IMMAF World Champion Deyan Galinov followed with one of the night’s highlight-reel moments. He picked apart Brazil’s Alexander “Pantera Negra” Mikael with precise boxing before detonating a picture-perfect left hook for the knockout in round two.

India’s Owais Yaqoob kept his rise going with a first-round TKO of Bulgaria’s Delyan Georgiev, dropping him with a crushing left hook before swarming him with ground-and-pound.

Bulgaria’s Anton Yanchev closed the preliminary card with a dominant stoppage of Georgian lightweight Bachuki Tchikaidze, showcasing sharp striking before finishing on the ground with hammerfists and elbows.

Bozhidar Ivanov survived a grueling back-and-forth battle with Latvia’s Ričards “Lionheart” Ozols, breaking through with a body shot that set up the finish with just one second left in round two.

Bahrain’s Mohamed Alsameea opened the night’s action with a clean sweep on the scorecards, using relentless top control and submission threats to shut down Switzerland’s Miran Ramani.
